Access via Domain doesn't work

https://10.11.1.1:8080/index.php gives me access to the ispconfig webinterface as usual but something has mixed up since access through one the the domains doesn't work via ports 8080 and 8081 which break access to phpmyadmin as well.
the system runs on debian with nginx webserver
