not able to create dir as root

Hi to all
I have problems in some directories:

mkdir: cannot create directory `temp1': Permission denied
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4.0K Apr 26 11:42 web2
drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 4.0K Mar 24 01:31 web1

Configuration Debian 6
openvz -> vserver

/var/www/...../client3/web1/ not able to create directory
/var/www/...../client4/web2/ able to creat directory

Trying to do the same from the Open VZ server
/vz/root/100/var/www/...../client3/web1/ not able to create directory
/vz/root/100/var/www/...../client4/web2/ able to create directory

starting from rescue console mount the hd r/w

/vz/private/100/var/www/...../client3/web1/ not able to create directory
/vz/private/100/var/www/...../client4/web2/ able to create directory

looks like the immutable bit is set.

please check:
lsattr <yourfolder>

disable it:
chattr -i -V <yourfolder>

who is setting this attribute

Yes, its set by ispconfig when you enabled web fiolder protection in config settings. Without that attribite, its possible that clients manipulate web folders.
