apt-get update habe ich schon manuell ausgeführt.

Sieht so aus als ob der Debian Mirror da ein Probelm hatte. Wenn das in Zukunft häufiger auftritt, dann solltest Du vielleicht einen anderen Mirror in der sources.list eintragen.
