Der perfekte Server – Debian Lenny (Debian 5.0) [ISPConfig 3] mit Dovecot und Bind

Hallo howtoforge,

ich habe mehrere kleinere Fragen zu diesem Tut.

Das System habe ich via VMWare installiert, da ich dieses erst testen möchte, bevor ich was auf nen richtigen Rechner / Server installiere.,.

Mein Wissen zu Linux und Servereinrichtung ist begrenzt und wäre über jede Hilfe dankbar.

Es funktionierte soweit alles, sprich ich kann local über meine ip 192.168.2.103 den server erreichen.

1 Frage zu Squirrelmail. Warum bekomme ich beim einloggen als root die Fehlermeldung: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Nach dem ich IPConfig installiert habe, komme ich nicht mal mehr über den 2. Acc rein, bricht mit der gleichen Meldung ab, wie beim root.

Desweiteren die Frage, kann es sein, dass im Tutorial die Einstellungen von einem Courier gepostet wurden und nicht von dovecot ?

Desweiteren ist der Link für den Download von IPConfig fehlerhaft.

Desweiteren die Fragen, wie schaffe ich das, den Server nun von aussen zu erreichen ? Im Tut steht auch, wenn mans nach Anleitung macht, dann erreicht man diesen auch via server1.example.com dieses ist mir leider nicht geglückt.

Kann mir noch jemand sagen, wo ich ein Tut zum Ipconfig erhalte, dass man diverse Sachen dort versteht ?
